NBA 2K22 Update 01.012 Next-Gen Patch Notes Today (January 12)
Season 4 preparations have officially begun every bit a brand new update for NBA 2K22 was deployed earlier today (January 12), exclusively for adjacent-gen consoles.
Today's patch is only available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series Ten|South, as the update was previously released for PlayStation iv and Xbox One just a few days ago. Still, both updates are to set for the release of Season four this Friday, but do have some key differences.

NBA 2K22 Flavour 4
Equally mentioned previously, both the electric current and side by side-gen NBA 2K22 patches are to prepare for the release of Season 4, which is scheduled to release on Friday, January 14th, 2022.
The official theme of the season is yet to be revealed, but a full reveal will likely exist announced in the lead upwards to the release.

- Fixed a rare effect that could cause long loading times going into the starting time affiliation game on the Knights rooftop courtroom

- Resolved an end of game effect when Clutch Time games ended with a sudden death gratuitous throw in overtime
- Addressed occasional clipping bug that could occur with certain cameras in Clutch Fourth dimension games
